Our client is providing technologies to extend the life of critical components (components, sub-systems and sensors) and to prevent premature fatigue and corrosion failure, they have a small, but balanced business unit in Hungary supporting clients in the CEE region. They are looking for a new member with growing potential in the maintenance team.

Major tasks:

1. Upkeep on all air compressors and processing machines, including the establishment of preventive maintenance schedules and measuring the effectiveness of the maintenance performed;
2. Purchase of replacement parts for air compressors and processing machines, as required;
3. Manage tooling that is used during the process;
4. Coordinate machine downtime with the general manager and inform him of any machine deficiencies that may affect the quality of the process;
5. Contribute to compliance of all environmental and safety requirements of the facility;
6. Instruct other maintenance technicians/assistants in the duties and tasks to be performed each day whether it is scheduled or unplanned work orders;
7. Inspect each assignment after completion to ensure the job was completed correctly and the area cleaned after;
8. Perform troubleshooting, repairs, minor tool fabrication and all maintenance work order requirements.

Requirements:

1. Prior experience in maintenance operations, tools related or field service role;
2. A blend of leadership skills and technical expertise in manufacturing environment;
3. In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, and other related equipment. Experience with air compressors and processing machines is a strong plus;
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills;
5. Fluent English.
