Job Title: Manager - Commercial Excellence
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Manager of Commercial Excellence to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and ensuring business growth through strategic planning and execution. Your main duties will include:
1. Developing and implementing strategies for commercial excellence to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.
2. Analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify potential opportunities for growth.
3. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver commercial initiatives and projects on time and within budget.
4. Conducting regular market and sales performance assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
5. Collaborating with sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize pricing strategies and revenue management.
6. Providing guidance and support to sales teams on best practices and sales techniques to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales team.
8. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards commercial goals and objectives.
9. Creating reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategies to senior management.
10. Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and standards.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
2. 5-7 years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or related roles.
3. Proven track record of driving commercial success and achieving sales targets.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
8. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
10. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in commercial excellence.
