Responsibilities

Implementation of central strategies.

Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.

Ensuring the effectiveness of internal control and risk management systems.

Analysis of compliance, cost-effectiveness and relevance of policies and procedures.

Development of corrective measures and rigorous monitoring of their implementation. In-depth knowledge of the Group through audits.

Acting as an expert in specific areas, such as purchasing.

Potentially cover other areas of expertise.

Provide neutral and objective advice to support projects and carry out internal benchmarking.

Comparison of structures, systems, business processes and tools to improve efficiency.
Requirements
-
Degree in business studies.
-
At least 4 years' professional experience in audit, consultancy or purchasing in large companies.

You enjoy modern auditing practices, are curious, and possess a desire to shape processes.

Ideally, you already hold a CIA (Certified Internal Auditor) qualification.

Fluency in English is required, and intercultural competence is expected.

International experience is preferred.

You have a strong analytical mindset, are process-oriented and enjoy looking beyond the obvious.

You thrive on conceptual tasks, are capable of working independently, and are open to international travel.

In addition to strong consulting skills and initiative, you are a team player with the ability to work effectively within a small, high-performing team.

You have a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.

Ideally, you also possess SAP expertise.

Have excellent written and spoken German (C1-C2 level).
