Brief Description/Role Objective: This role focuses on managing front office and F&B service operations, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while supporting the Guest Service Manager with departmental improvements and staff development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple hotel operations functions.
- Conducted training for guest service, F&B, and front office teams to enhance service standards.
- Address and resolve credit and guest service issues promptly.
- Collaborate on developing and implementing new procedures to improve operations.
- Provide professional and friendly service, leading by example in guest interactions.
Skillset and Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Guest Service, Front Office operations, hotel layouts, and departmental functions.
- Strong leadership, training, and problem-solving abilities.
