Position: Manager or Senior Manager
Location: Noida

Key Responsibilities:
- Should have experienced of launching new products in the newer markets and established healthy distribution on newer brands portfolio.
- To enable local sales teams to drive off takes through for new launches by appropriate BTL activities and consumer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand consumer preferences, industry trends, competitor activities for shaping the GTM Strategy.
- Evaluate and track the efficiency of trade schemes to ensure their impact aligns with organizational goals and enhances overall performance.
- Own and track the company Retail outlets programs and support in ensuring dominant shop share in these outlets and in other Retail oriented outlets of the company network.
- Partner with regional sales teams to understand the ground issues and develop & execute activation plans to deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with retailers to optimize in-store layouts and product placements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Implement strategies to enhance the company's reach and penetration in the market.
- Design and implement effective go-to-market strategies to launch new products and services in the state.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align GTM strategies with overall brand positioning.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Oversee the process of claim management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service and operations, to streamline claim processes and enhance customer experience.
- Vendor Management of all the centralized and decentralized for POSM, Visibility, merchandise etc. – all feeding into BTL calendar.
Job Specification:
- MBA in Sales and Marketing.
- 8-10 years of experience in Sales & channel development with a minimum of 3-5 years in a hands-on middle level managerial role for a renowned FMCG / Tobacco / Cigarette Industry preferably from companies like ITC, GPI and VST.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and implementing sales strategies.
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Flexible to travel 12-15 days in a month.
