Role Overview:

The Manufacturing Head will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our manufacturing facility in Gujarat. You will lead and inspire a team of professionals to drive operational excellence, optimize production processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Oversee all manufacturing operations, including production planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as R&D, sales, and marketing, to ensure smooth product development and launch.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15-25 years of experience in manufacturing, with a strong background in injection molding, rigid packaging, or flexible packaging.
• Proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
