Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth in both domestic and international markets. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals. You will focus on increasing brand awareness, managing digital marketing campaigns, and organizing industry-leading trade shows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company’s products and services.
- Align marketing strategies with business goals to drive growth and profitability.
- Digital Marketing & Online Presence:
- Lead all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools to increase the company's online visibility.
- Manage website content, online advertising, and e-commerce opportunities.
- Brand Awareness:
- Develop branding initiatives to strengthen market positioning and increase brand recognition.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Trade Shows & Events:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the company’s participation in domestic and international trade shows and exhibitions.
- Manage event logistics, from booth setup to post-event follow-up.
- Build relationships with industry partners and associations to maximize exposure.
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitors, customer behavior, and market dynamics to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize lead generation efforts.
- Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently across campaigns, trade shows, and other marketing activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-15 years of marketing experience, preferably in the packaging, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and strategies.
- Proven experience organizing and managing trade shows and exhibitions (domestic & international).
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights to drive decision-making.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation.
- Knowledge of branding, PR, and content marketing strategies.
- Experience in working with international teams and managing global marketing campaigns.
