Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager for B2B services will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning within the B2B market. This role includes overseeing advertising campaigns, coordinating with third-party vendors, organizing events, and analyzing customer behavior to support both short-term and long-term business objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and brand positioning.
- Manage and oversee advertising campaigns, including both digital and traditional media.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies, graphic designers, print contractors, and other vendors to ensure brand consistency.
- Organize and manage marketing events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and trade shows to promote the company’s services and build B2B client relationships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and implement solutions to optimize results.
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity and positioning across all media channels, focusing on B2B platforms.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and protect company data.
- Analyze complex data and present it in an accessible format for clients and management.
- Report periodically on campaign results to the executive team.
- Identify market trends and B2B consumer behavior to guide marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in strategic marketing, campaign management, and brand development.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills.
- Experience in analyzing competitor strategies and consumer behavior.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Creative mindset with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing tools.
- Ability to simplify complex information into an accessible and user-friendly format.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: ~ €2,000 - 2,500 net/month (~€30,000 EUR net/year) with potential bonus based on KPIs.
