Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Project Management
- Develop, create, lead the execution of the marketing activities for assigned pharmaceutical products.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely, train, and support cross-functional teams (sales, medical affairs, regulatory, etc.) to ensure alignment with marketing goals.
- Collaborate with R&D and regulatory teams to ensure all marketing materials comply with local and global regulations.
- Campaign Management:
- Work on the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Ensure marketing initiatives are data-driven, focusing on ROI and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer segments, competitive landscape, and unmet needs.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure promotional materials are reviewed and approved according to company policies and legal standards.
- Customer Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and industry stakeholders.
- Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop professional capabilities of the marketing specialist(s)
Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical or Economics, or a related field
- Experience:
- At least 3-5 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in successfully launching and marketing medical drugs or related products.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry (FDA, EMA, etc.).
- Experience in managing marketing budgets.
- Skills:
- Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills,
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Competencies:
- Strong business acumen and understanding of pharmaceutical markets.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments while maintaining a focus on innovation and customer needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in specialty pharmaceutical sectors such as ophthalmology
