THE ROLE

• Build the scientific-medical-marketing strategy in alignment with Global strategy, in order to support local needs (Italian Market).
• Lead medical scientific initiatives i.e. advisory boards, roundtable discussion, clinical test, clinical trials, publications, etc.
• Develop scientific agenda for CME meetings (i.e. symposium, congress, train the trainers, workshops) and participate in relevant CME in collaboration with Marketing team.
• Collaborate and share with Global Team the clinical development plan and communication strategy in order to create synergy and share best practices.
• Be the spokesperson and communicate Company’s and products values from a scientific perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
• Working closely with legal and compliance department to ensure the clinical and scientific development.
• Develop and review promotional materials for products portfolio for Italian market.
• Ensure appropriate training to maintain excellent levels of scientific and medical knowledge to external and internal stakeholders.
• Understand the legal and compliance environment and drive collaboration with the Legal and Compliance team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Medical Degree is mandatory
• At least 5 years’ experience in the biopharmaceutical companies, in medical marketing department or clinical research areas, with previous experiences in relevant therapeutic areas will be a plus point
• Previous experience in leading scientific-medical-marketing initiatives and publications.
• English fluent, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills
• Ability to work in cross functional and in different project teams
• Up to 20% overnight travel, including abroad required
