Responsibilities:
· Conduct requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements for D365 CE projects.
· Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design documents.
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate implementation and customization of D365 CE solutions.
· Perform data analysis and data mapping activities to support integration and migration processes.
· Create and maintain project documentation, including business process models, use cases, and user stories.
· Assist in the development of test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing.
· Provide end-user training and support during the deployment and post-implementation phases.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in D365 CE functionality and related technologies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CE Functional Consultant, specifically working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
· Strong understanding of D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
· Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and system design documents.
· Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and data integration activities.
· Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, project managers, and technical teams.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Certification in Dynamics 365 CE (optional but desirable).
