Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven National Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic client relationships across Romania. This role will focus on managing key accounts in the construction industry, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the company’s product portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong sales experience, particularly within large retail chains and distributors.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts in the construction sector.
- Design and implement customized sales strategies for major clients to ensure revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and manage contract closures to drive profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to capitalize on opportunities.
- Travel regularly across Romania to meet clients, manage accounts, and drive business development.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management within the construction industry.
- Proven success with major retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Romania.
