Job Description
- As National Head the incumbent will be Responsible for overall National Sales and marketing of business in Electronics Vertical.
- Planning & executing Sales and Business development strategy to attain the allocated Sales Target/Budget.
- Shall be driving the sales of capital equipment to Electronics Customers ( Semiconductor /PV Solar etc) in field of Ultrapure water /waste water and its distribution piping.Shall hv relevant exposure in dealing with Large value jobs. ( Single Order values Approx 25 Cr and above )
- Leading the Business Development & Marketing activities on the existing and new Product line in Engineering/Chemicals/Resins in Electronics Vertical.
- Leading teams on Technical discussions on Enquiries, Technical Sales Support, Proposal and suggesting solutions for clients.
- Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of targets.
- Managing Key Account Customers, Enhancing market coverage in newer geography.
- Ensure, and coordinate teams on collections.
- To Identify, coordinate and convert new prospects/enquires in business opportunities
- Leading discussions on Pre-Qualifications, Financial assessment in new business opportunities.
- Participation in Bid preparation meetings, liaison, Coordination.
