- Achieving Monthly/Quarterly/Annually Primary & account wise secondary Sales Target
- Managing Sales operations exclusively in Corporate hospitals in South
- Defining and implementing strategies for new products entry as well as increasing the share of the existing products
- Solving Market issues in assigned states
- Responsible for stock liquidation, near expiry & collection
- Managing, Leading and training Sales Team, great team building skills
- Motivating team in implementing company strategy
- Meet key decision makers in hospital on regular intervals like HOD’s, Microbiologist & various senior officers in corporate hospitals
- Ensure timely supply of goods and services to key customers through channel partners
- Having good relations with KOL’s such as purchase department and infection control committees of Government and corporate hospitals
- Organizing CME & patient education program with KOL’s
