We are seeking a talented and results-driven Nudges Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized nudges that enhance user engagement, drive positive financial behaviours, and improve overall customer experience. You will leverage behavioural insights and data analytics to create impactful nudges across various customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
· Nudge Strategy Development: Define and execute a comprehensive nudge strategy aligned with user needs and business objectives, focusing on key areas such as onboarding, transactions, customer support, re-engagement, upselling, product specific nudges and so on.
· User Research & Insights: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behaviours and preferences, identifying opportunities for effective nudges.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, data analysts, and marketing teams to design and implement nudge initiatives that resonate with users.
· Data Analysis: Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of nudges, iterating and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics and user feedback.
· Content Creation: Develop compelling and user-friendly content for nudges, ensuring clarity and relevance to enhance user understanding and engagement.
· Market Trends: Stay informed on industry trends, behavioural science research, and best practices in user engagement to continuously improve our nudge offerings.
· Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of nudges on user behaviour, engagement, and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
· 8-10 years of overall experience with 4-5+ years of experience in a role focused on user engagement, behavioural nudges, or product management within a fintech or digital environment
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
· A passion for understanding user behaviour and driving positive financial outcomes.
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and experience using analytics tools.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a user-friendly manner.
· Familiarity with UX principles and experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
