To meet set goals as per the business plan of the organization in the Chemical
segment
C&P business unit. Mission is to triple the business in next three years.
To define/implement processes in line with business needs.
To create a vision & strategy for the C&P in the organization in line with set goals.
To ensure implementation of the strategy across the region.
Understand the nuances of Schenck products & technology in collaboration with
internal experts
Gain an in-depth knowledge of the business of the organization (will be supported
through adequate training by the organization)
Understand internal and external environment dynamics affecting the business.
Ensures the required transparency in his market territory (market potential,
competitor activities, customer trends, etc.)
Ensures an efficient customer support in his market territory.
Develops, including in-house and external specialists, customised concepts and
ensures an effective project and quotation preparation as well as conducts sales
negotiations.
Ensures a complete information transfer to the engineering project manager (HOM)
Develop and expand the Schenck market presence. Define Go TO market strategy
for the C&P business and support.
Implements the sales targets of the company in the market territory.
Submit quotations and contracts in line with organisation directives.
Support the region with implementation of lead generation activities through both
digital and conventional ways.
