Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all calibration functions and operational tasks.
• Develop project execution plans in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Supervise the Calibration Team, including Engineers and Technicians, to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor, advise on, and enhance the quality of processes and systems.
• Possess knowledge of NABL certifications and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Establish procedures and SOPs as necessary; provide training to enhance the skills and efficiency of new and existing engineers.
• Preferably familiar with Medical Device Directives and the medical device industry.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships through timely support and follow-up.
• Provide comprehensive operational support to Team Leaders to facilitate successful service outcomes.

Requisite Skills:

• Possess a B.Tech/B.E degree or a 3-year diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, or Biomedical, supplemented by a relevant postgraduate qualification.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in overseeing calibration activities, with at least 5 years of team management experience.
• Exhibit exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying technical proficiencies.
• Display a capacity for rapid learning and adaptation to new technologies and processes.
• Showcase in-depth expertise in calibration procedures and systems, particularly within the realm of medical equipment.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
• Maintain a strong customer-centric approach, coupled with excellent communication abilities and a personable demeanor.
