Role Overview: The Oracle Apps Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HRMS applications. This role involves working with reports, OAF, workflow, and AME to meet business requirements, enhance system functionalities, and ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom reports and interfaces using Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and SQL*Plus.
- Modify standard Oracle EBS HRMS reports to meet specific business needs, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Customize and extend Oracle Applications using OAF (Oracle Application Framework) to enhance user interfaces and functionality.
- Develop custom OAF pages and personalizations to improve user experience and support business processes.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom workflows using Oracle Workflow Builder.
- Configure and customize workflow processes to support HRMS business requirements and automate approval processes.
- Implement and configure AME (Approval Management Engine) rules and workflows to streamline approval processes.
- Develop custom AME rules to meet unique business requirements and enhance the functionality of the HRMS modules.
- Provide technical support for HRMS applications, including resolving issues related to reports, OAF, workflows, and AME.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes to address system bugs and performance issues.
- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle EBS HRMS and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across integrated systems through effective data management practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Adhere to Oracle best practices and industry standards for development, customization, and implementation.
Qualifications:
- 7-9 years of experience as an Oracle Apps Technical Consultant with a focus on HRMS modules, including reports, OAF, workflow, and AME.
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, SQL*Plus, and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) development and customization.
- Expertise in Oracle Workflow Builder and Approval Management Engine (AME).
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS HRMS modules and business processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
