Order Engineer

Department: Order Managemenet

Reporting to: Team-Leader

Location: Jucu

Role Overview:

As an Order Engineer, you will take ownership of the technical implementation of a new product within our client’s portfolio. This role focuses exclusively on technical responsibilities, including developing technical drawings from scratch, creating detailed technical documentation tailored to client requirements, and ensuring all materials meet production standards. This is a critical role in ensuring the technical accuracy and readiness of the new product for production and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of the technical aspects of the new product's development and implementation.
• Analyze technical specifications and client requirements to develop customized solutions.
• Create technical drawings and models using CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
• Develop customized configurations for the new product, including adjustments to standard designs.
• Translate client requirements into technical documentation.
• Prepare and maintain production-related documentation, such as Bills of Materials (BOM) and work instructions.
• Ensures documents comply with internal and external standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to implement customized orders.

Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related technical field;
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (including product configuration, dimensioning, and drawing);
• Familiarity with engineering concepts, principles, and technical drawings;
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and documentation;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Proficiency with MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
