A leading high-tech enterprise in intelligent mining solutions, specializing in advanced R&D, design, and manufacturing for mineral separation, processing, and digitalization is searching for an Overseas Sales Manager, ideally Fluent in Chinese or Chinese national.
Job Responsibilities
1. Understand and track the development of coal/mineral processing projects and equipment market conditions in the African region. Collect, organize, and analyze information on potential markets and customers in the designated overseas area to identify and promote the development of potential market projects.
2. Be stationed overseas to drive customer development, sales, project coordination, and after-sales support in the assigned region.
3. Be responsible for maintaining customer relationships in the African region, including engaging with and developing new clients as well as strengthening relationships with existing clients.
4. In line with the company's strategic planning, establish local organizations, build teams, and manage daily operations in the assigned region.
5. Mobilize and coordinate relevant departments to drive target market projects in the assigned region, including but not limited to: collecting basic information, conducting on-site research, formulating and implementing sales strategies, developing pre-sales technical solutions, assisting in project initiation, organizing project bidding, negotiating contracts, supporting project delivery, overseeing acceptance, and providing after-sales services.
6. Be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing distribution channels, consultants/agents, and local representatives in the African region, including daily coordination and communication.
7. Follow up on market projects within the assigned area based on the regional marketing plan and achieve the sales targets set by the company.
8. Lead other departments in preparing and organizing marketing promotions, exhibitions, advertising placements, and specialized market activities in the assigned region.
9. Collect accounts receivable in a timely manner according to regulations and provide accurate sales forecasts.
10. Complete the improvement and continuous enhancement of the regional sales system within the scope of responsibility, in accordance with the company's division of duties.
11. Complete other related tasks assigned by the company.
Work Location
Overseas: The country and region will be determined based on the applicant's experience through negotiation.
Job Qualifications
1. Background in Mining, Mineral Processing, Electromechanical Engineering, or Resource-related fields. Bachelor's degree or above from a nationally recognized university.
2. At least 3 years of experience in overseas mining engineering/equipment/services sales, marketing, project development and operations, design and research, engineering consulting, or related fields.
3. Ability to learn, promote, and apply advanced technologies.
4. Capable of identifying and determining potential partners, with a strong understanding of client-related business processes.
5. Familiar with the domestic and international mining engineering/equipment/services markets, with an initial network of market contacts and accumulated customer relationships.
6. Having a certain understanding of the coal or mineral extraction, sorting, or sales industries. Familiarity with the engineering and equipment sales in the coal or mineral sorting industry is preferred.
7. Fluent in English, Chinese and French, with the ability to communicate smoothly in a foreign language and read relevant documents.
8. Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to those with experience living or residing in Africa.
9. Personal Traits: 1)Possess affability and strong execution skills, with good verbal and written communication abilities. 2)Proactive, with excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. 3)High enthusiasm for work, a strong spirit of determination and perseverance, and excellent teamwork skills.
10. Additional Qualifications: Possess a valid driver's license and driving experience. Preference will be given to those with an international driver's license.
11. Willing to accept long-term business trips to Africa.
