Job Title: Paid Media AnalystJob Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paid Media Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Media Analyst, you will be responsible for driving effective advertising campaigns across various digital channels. Your expertise in data analysis, campaign optimization, and digital advertising platforms will play a crucial role in maximizing our brand's online presence and generating business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across multiple platforms such as search engines, social media, display networks, and other digital channels.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to identify opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate insightful reports on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital advertising platforms, sharing knowledge and implementing innovative ideas.
- Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, identifying areas for growth and differentiation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to deliver effective targeting, ad creative, and budget allocation.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Ensure accurate tracking and tagging of campaigns, implementing appropriate tracking codes and pixels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Paid Media Analyst or similar role with a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of paid media platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and more.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance tracking tools.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with a focus on continuous improvement.
