Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and develop the Capital Markets Practice in Bangalore.

• Develop and implement a strategic growth plan.

• Manage client relationships, leveraging an existing network.

• Execute high-value transactions, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with other practice areas to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of experience in capital markets law.

• Demonstrated ability to generate and manage a book of business.

• Strong client relationship management and business development skills.

• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.

• In-depth knowledge of securities laws, IPOs, debt offerings, and regulatory frameworks.
