Responsibilities:
- Fully personal records in Kazakhstan using local required templates (hires, terminations, promos/transfers, vacations, business trips, sick leaves, maternity leaves, awards, staff schedule, etc.). In addition to statutory HR Administration recording in 1C system, staff records in corporate HR system – MyHR
- Twice per month providing data to a payroll provider ADP; Monthly closing ERsand table with direct/indirect personal expenses (during last week of month). Timesheet control with key employees from every department against accuracy of data provided by employees
- Paperwork maintenance - preparing documents, signing with general director, employees, achieving; keeping personal data file in accordance with legislation
- Labour books registration and keeping, providing letters of employment confirmation on current employment
- Voluntary medical insurance: full support except contract tender
- Up in time control over employee list, assistance in solving any kind of contractual issues
- Support ADP and travel project: daily dealing with problems, ensuring full functioning of system
- Control over compliance with legislative and other normative legal acts on labor protection, fire and electricity safety, and the development of measures to prevent occupational diseases and accidents at work
- Provision established reporting
- Compilation established reporting
- Support of local and EMEA HR projects as required
