Job Description
The company:
A Luxembourg based fund management firm with a global client base that includes pension funds, asset allocators, institutions and investment funds. The Company is young and dynamic and has a headcount of 25 employees located in the city of Luxembourg.
The mission:
Assisting the CEO in his daily administrative tasks
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience of administration or personal assistant work

5 years of experience
-
Fluent in English, Italian, Spanish and German will be considered a plus

Some knowledge in legal will be considered as a plus
-
Excellent organization and time management
-
Strong communication skills – both verbal and written

Ability to stay on track even when dealing with tight deadlines

Good working knowledge of Excel
