SalaryJob DescriptionOur well known client based in Sunbury is looking for an Planning Coordinator to join their team .
40hrs pw 8.30-5.30 Mon- Fri
1x Saturday a month – 8.30 – 5.30 in the office
No hybrid working
Duties include:
- To schedule the work for service engineers – this is a mixture of repairs, breakdowns and planned maintenance.
- To work closely with field managers to drive productivity from the field team.
- To work closely with internal and external customers to help adhere to contractual SLA’s.
- Communicating with other internal departments regarding ETAs.
- Providing customers with regular updates.
