• Control the creation and implementation of an optimal wrapping material supply plan to ensure the continuous operation of the FMCG non-food factory.
• Optimize working capital and improve interaction with internal/external stakeholders to implement material supply plans and production plans.
• Ensure timely production and shipments for export markets.
• Actively participate in the sales planning process.
• Coordination of the process of timely preparation and execution of export contracts.
• Conduct training and ensure continuous development of the team
• Manage the process of performance evaluation and reporting, analyze and review the achievement of strategic objectives, proactively highlight potential problems
• Be responsible for the key indicators of the planning team, working on continuous improvement
