Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the entire plant, ensuring that production targets are met.
• Manage the bottling lines, ensuring they run smoothly with minimal downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, especially related to the bottling process.
• Lead the management of bottling lines (SIDEL, KRONES, or similar), focusing on improving productivity and product quality.
• Implement best practices to reduce waste and improve output.
• Ensure the plant follows all safety regulations and maintains a safe working environment.
• Promote a culture of safety and ensure all staff are following safety guidelines.
• Lead and support plant staff, including managers and supervisors, by providing guidance and coaching.
• Manage the plant’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations, and monitor expenses to improve efficiency.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards, particularly in the bottling process, and address any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5+ years of experience in plant operations or manufacturing management.
• Experience working with bottling lines (SIDEL, KRONES, or similar).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Experience in managing budgets and improving plant performance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
