Coordinate financial processes.
Coordinate month-end activities, reporting, budgeting, investments, forecasting, cash flow, controlling, KPI analytics, accounts reconciliations, etc.
Governance and compliance.
Organize self-assessments, identify and implement improvements and corrective actions, ensure regular controls.
Board & Committee Meetings.
Take an active part in the Committees’ meetings and lead some of the sub-committee meetings.
FI Teams lead and development.
Lead and develop the Plant Finance teams. Identify potentials and organize succession plans. Strengthen the teams’ proficiency.
Global and local projects.
Support Company’s global initiatives. Identify and implement India-specific improvement ideas. Contribute to the continuous improvement mindset.
