Key Responsibilities:

• Align plant operations with overall company goals and business strategies.

• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective production processes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure adherence to production schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

• Manage the plant’s P&L (profit and loss) to ensure profitability.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or safety.

• Develop a high-performing team, including production supervisors, engineers, and other plant staff.

• Implement lean manufacturing practices to optimize production efficiency.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement, waste reduction, and resource optimization.
• Stay updated with industry trends and integrate innovative technologies where feasible.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, ISO, etc.).
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular audits.
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Finances  or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or plant operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and driving financial performance.
