Job Description

Responsibilities:

To lead the overall functioning of the plant including – Production, Maintenance, Quality and Admin as well.
To ensure the profitability of plant by optimisation of operations
To lead the team and guide them to meet organisational goals
Employee Management and fostering a team culture
Reporting and Co-ordinating at the plant level, across other plants and Head Office.
