Job Description
Your New Role:
- The sales team at Integra’s Value Added Distribution for Red Hat products, is looking for pre-sales engineering professionals. As a member of this team, you will be a key enabler to promote and sell Red Hat products in your assigned regions.
- You will discover/ create opportunities, build trust about Integra’s technical capabilities in customers and partners.
- You will analyse our customer’s business and technical opportunities to deliver right fitting solutions from the Red Hat tech stack as well as other open-source software.
- You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams at Integra.
- As a presale’s person, you will have excellent presentation, communication and people skills, as you will drive the overall experience of our customers and partners.
- Your understanding of technical expertise, passion for open source and understanding of business and IT will immensely help all internal and external stakeholders.
- As an evangelist, you will be asked to speak at events/ forums.
Your New Responsibilties -
- Provide timely pre-sales technical support to sales teams with compelling proposals that solve customer problems
- Use your knowledge of Red Hat’s solutions and other Open Source Software to provide technical expertise to sales staff, customers, and partners through sales presentations, customer workshops, solutions demonstrations, evaluations, and proofs of concepts (PoCs)
- Research and write the responses to technical sections of RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs
- Demonstrate ownership of technical relationships and sales cycle with customers in your territory
- Communicate value, progress, and status of sales opportunities to all stakeholders
- Ensure revenue and new business quotas and service objectives are met; maintain a high level of satisfaction of existing and prospective customers
