Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Expertise – Have in-depth knowledge of D365 F&O (Finance & Supply Chain) and basic knowledge of other Microsoft solutions (Power Platform, Business Central, etc.).
- Product Positioning – Choose the best product based on the customer’s industry, budget, and business needs.
- Product Demonstrations – Showcase the solution to clients, explaining how it fits their requirements.
- Domain Knowledge – Understand key industries like Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Retail to provide relevant solutions.
- Continuous Learning – Stay updated on new features, case studies, and add-on solutions.
- Effort Estimation & Proposals – Help estimate costs, implementation time, and customization needs.
- Project Handover & Transition – Ensure a smooth handover from presales to project delivery teams.
- Customer Support & Escalations – Assist in handling customer issues and changes in project scope.
- RFPs & Documentation – Support the sales team by responding to RFPs and tenders.
- Revenue Growth – Identify opportunities for additional services post-implementation.
Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Solutions Architect Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
- Finance/Supply Chain certifications are a plus.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to support sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
