Principal Product Engineer

About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Principal Product Engineer to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions in the BFSI and Wealth Tech domain. This role involves owning and building product lines end-to-end, setting high coding standards, and collaborating closely with leadership to deliver scalable, high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage capital strategy for assigned products or packages.
• Build and maintain reusable code libraries for future use.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in development and execution.
• Collaborate with CEOs and product owners on strategy and technology leaders on tech solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Engineering Graduate/Post-Graduate with 5-10 years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Node.js, JavaScript, StrongLoop LoopBack, and at least one frontend framework like Angular.
• Proficiency in AWS, GCC, or Azure, along with strong Linux system skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and RDBMS systems.
• ElasticSearch and large-scale project experience are a plus.
