Your time will be split approximately 60% compliance and 40% advisory, providing both technical expertise and strategic tax planning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing tax compliance and advisory work for a diverse client base
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients within your portfolio
- Advising on residence, domicile, FIG rules, and international tax matters
- Managing budgets, billing, and ensuring client deadlines are met
- Supporting partners with complex tax matters and ad hoc planning
- Mentoring and developing junior team members, providing technical training and guidance
- Collaborating with our international accounting network to provide clients with seamless global tax solutions
- Proven UK private/personal tax experience in a client-facing role
- Experience managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients
- Strong advisory skills, particularly on complex tax issues
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Organisational skills to manage multiple partners and clients simultaneously
- CTA qualified/AAT qualified (or equivalent experience)
