• Experience of Aluminium and Zinc alloys pressure diecasting & Gravity casting.
• Experience in secondary process undertaken on Al. / Zinc castings VIZ machining, painting, plating, chromatin, anodising etc.
• Experience of product zero based costing.
• Experience of new development in Al. and Zinc alloys.
• Vendor selection and assessment. 
• Should have worked in ISO 9001/ IATF 16949 environment.
• Good understanding of Engineering drawings & standards , machining process ,GD&T, APQP , SAP and commercial aspect of process costing of products .
• Good computer knowledge.

Responsibility : Suitable candidate will be required to new products feasibility studies, quotes preparation, New product development , engineering changes.
