Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee P2P Helpdesk operations, ensuring efficient support and resolution of issues.
- Manage and resolve complex P2P-related inquiries, escalating as needed.
- Lead and mentor the helpdesk team to maintain high service quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve P2P processes and optimize service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of P2P transactions and interactions.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and monitor performance metrics.
- Utilize SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, or similar P2P technologies to enhance service operations.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of P2P technologies (SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, etc.).
- Advanced communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proven experience in team management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
