Currently, many data-driven organizations rely on manual reports and dashboards to understand their business. We are automating and productizing these insights—turning complex data into actionable stories using advanced analytics and scalable data products.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and create tailored data solutions.
• Model large-scale datasets (often petabytes) to analyze user growth, retention, funnels, engagement, and revenue.
• Use our analytics product to generate insights and build analysis templates for scalable decision-making.
• Partner with engineers, designers, and product managers to build data-driven products.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships included).
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills to tell compelling stories with data.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Golang).
• Background in data analytics for tech companies.
• Familiarity with BI tools and statistical insight models.
