Looking for an experience candidate into techo sales vertical for one of the Heavy machines manufacturing company.
Min Exp : 3+ years ( handling products : Conveyors , Cranes , Hydruallic systems , Excavators etc)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide daily product strategy support to the sales team during product quotation.
- Gather field, competitor and customer information to guide technical NPD strategy.
- Participate in the development of and drive the execution of product specifications to maximize customer value and differentiation in the market while minimizing cost.
- Identify opportunities for differentiation of our products, services, sales support, customer support, and solutions that result in industry leading new products and offerings.
- Provide excellent (internal) customer support on product specific issues and new opportunities.
- Drive product specific market research to support product development team.
- Maintain current knowledge of competitive products, projects and strategies.
- Make recommendations for innovative solutions to improve our short-term and long-term competitive position.
- Ability to help prioritize projects, considering customer impact versus available resources.
- Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position.
Major Accountability:
- Achieve global market share and margin goals.
- Support execution of product roadmap.
- Support sales opportunities & customer conversions.
- Enhance sales & customers support tools & process.
Key Measurement:
- Market Share & Margin % YoY by geography & by product.
- Product value improvement
- Product roadmaps launch attainment.
- Win rate, new customers, & price realization % YoY by geography & by product.
- Improved VOC survey results and customer responsiveness.
- Experience in the Aerial Work Platform industry.
- Experience in a cross-cultural international environment
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, MBA is preferrable.
