The Product Management Group Head- Mills & Beneficiation is responsible for leading and managing the Proposal, Application engineering, Design, team of Product vertical for Milling & Mineral Beneficiation. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proper selection of  products are selected properly and orders are executed as per customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Proposal , Application engineering, Design,   team, including providing technical guidance, performance management, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, and external customers to define product requirements 
• Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure that products can be manufactured efficiently and cost-effectively
• Participate in design reviews and provide recommendations on the suitability of Mills & Other Mineral Beneficiation products for the intended application

Requirements:

• Adequate exposure and experience in Mineral Beneficiation & Mills ( Ball, Rod )
• Strong knowledge of Proposal Management, Detailed Engineering, Application Engineering.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
