Product Manager - Employee Experience Software

Job Description
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a key user-facing product, helping users troubleshoot digital experience issues.
In addition to working with a cross-functional product team (software engineers, designers, and product marketing managers), you will be part of the product management diagnostics team, whose mission is to enable their customers to see, diagnose, and fix IT issues. You will play an important role in our client’s core value proposition with a direct impact on millions of employees worldwide and the company business.
Working with an empowered cross-functional product team, your mission will be to:
- Define viable and valuable solutions to solve their customer's problems.
- Work with product designers to ensure the solutions are usable and with engineers to ensure they are feasible.
- Set the product strategy and roadmap to generate the best value for our customers and build alignment across Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, Technical services, and Management.
- Be the subject matter specialist and evangelist for your product internally and externally. This means acquiring deep knowledge of the market, the users and customers, the data about how they engage with the product, the competition, and the industry trends, and sharing this knowledge extensively.
- Attend Agile ceremonies and manage the usual product operations with the teams in charge: backlog management, prioritization, documentation, release notes, and training.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Experience as a Product Manager in a software company, ideally B2B.
- This is a complex product requiring strong technical knowledge and basic knowledge in data analysis.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven approach.
- Passion for solving challenging real-life problems.
- Proven ability to engage, communicate, and present to various stakeholders such as engineers, designers, company leaders, and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Professional-level English, spoken and written.
Experience with using or building monitoring products (for instance, APM or network monitoring tools). - Strong analytical skills or experience in data analytics, data science, or data modeling.
- Experience building AI-based products or knowledge in the AI domain.
- Knowledge about how IT works in enterprise-size companies and common IT issues.
- Must have valid work status to be located in Spain
