We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and promotion of our premier tools and accessories. This role presents an exciting opportunity to shape product strategy, enhance market positioning, and drive innovation in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for portable power tools and accessories, aligning with market trends and customer needs.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities for product development and enhancement, understanding user applications, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Promotional Activities: Support the creation and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns specific to power tools and accessories.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for sales teams and retail partners to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide actionable insights to optimize product positioning and marketing strategies.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability and efficient restocking processes.
- Customer Engagement: Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform product enhancements and future development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, with a focus on product management or tools preferred.
- Experience in product management, marketing, or sales in the tools or related industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel to Dragomirești-Deal and other locations as needed.
