The company’s connected operations platform has been deployed in multiple airports in globally to improve for aircraft maintenance and baggage handling process efficiencies and continues to grow its market presence internationally. The company’s European HQ is based in the Netherlands.

The candidate

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager - Smart Boarding located in Rome, with flexibility for remote work. The Product Manager will be responsible for realisation of PMF for our product & achieving growth, overseeing the development and implementation of Smart Boarding solutions for the Aviation industry. Tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, prioritizing features, customer traction & growth and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management to realise PMF & achieve growth
• Experience in consumer retail, customer experience focussed digital products
• Strong analytical, data driven problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Understanding of UI/UX principles, passenger experience journey at airport
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with various stake holders for Customer Product Success
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
