Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate projects involving radar technologies for air defence systems.

Oversee technical, commercial, and organizational aspects, ensuring timely implementation and innovative solutions.

Maintain overall responsibility for project planning, control, and execution, focusing on deadlines, costs, and quality.

Coordinate interdisciplinary teams of engineers, technicians, and external partners.

Act as a liaison with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
Requirements
-
Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a related field.

Several years of project management experience, ideally within defence technology, radar, or sensor technology.

Strong understanding of complex systems and modern project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams successfully.

Fluency in both German and English.
