Ideal Candidate
- Higher education degree (economic engineering or engineering and management profile)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field
- Valid Category B driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel
- Personnel coordination skills
- Sociable, polite, organized, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Attention to detail, respect for deadlines, goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines

Job Description
- Planning, coordinating, and supervising photovoltaic installation projects
- Developing project plans, including resource, budget, and deadline planning
- Continuously updating the Gantt chart for each project, actively monitoring progress, and identifying any deviations or issues
- Working closely with the sales team, design engineers, and execution personnel
- Making decisions regarding the materials and resources required for the project
- Participating in project meetings with clients and suppliers
- Visiting project sites with the Project Manager and client
- Monitoring project progress and periodically reporting its status to the executive management
- Managing risks and issues that arise during the project, as well as implementing appropriate solutions
- Efficient coordination and communication with the project team and other involved departments
- Supporting the sales team in preparing and presenting budget proposals
- Attending meetings and networking events to identify business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
- Evaluating the performance of the project team and execution personnel
- Participating in weekly meetings
- Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with current environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as the company’s quality standards
