Local London Council is seeking a skilled and proactive Test Lead to oversee all QA activities on a major Dynamics 365 Customer Service project.
This critical role involves leading the testing strategy and ensuring high-quality delivery across both internal teams and an external delivery partner.
The successful candidate will take ownership of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to align test scenarios with project requirements.
They will also be responsible for holding an external agency to account, ensuring their QA standards are robust and meet Westminster's internal expectations.

Essential Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Test Lead or QA Manager in complex digital transformation projects. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with both business and technical teams.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to driving quality outcomes. Desirable Experience working with Dynamics 365 Omnichannel or Contact Centre applications.
Understanding of QA processes in both Agile and traditional project delivery environments.
Working Pattern Hybrid working: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person collaboration as required. The role reports to the Principal Software Engineer and works closely with both internal technical staff and an external implementation partner.
