The Head of Quality will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control in our apparel manufacturing process. This role involves developing and implementing quality management systems, leading quality improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management within the apparel industry and a proven track record of driving quality improvements

Responsibilities: 

Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure product quality and consistency.

Lead the quality assurance team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.

 Establish quality standards and specifications for all products and processes.

Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. 

Conduct regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify potential issues. 

Collaborate with the production, design, and supply chain teams to address quality concerns and implement preventative measures. 

Manage customer complaints and returns, investigating root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in quality management, ensuring continuous improvement in our processes. 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring they meet our quality requirements. 

Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement 

Co-own the design and implementation of training programs including evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous learning and improvement.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in quality management, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred

Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality management within the apparel manufacturing industry
