Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for planning, establishing, improving, and supervising the implementation of the company's quality management system;
2. Responsible for quality policies and guidelines;
3. Based on industry best practice experience, diagnose deficiencies in the quality system and guide improvement;
4. Responsible for setting company quality goals and guiding daily management work;
5. Responsible for organizing and implementing project stage audits, system audits, production process audits, and identifying and mitigating risks for improvement.Qualifications:
Education and requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with 20 years of quality work experience in the required area; (experienced individuals with higher degrees can be extended to 12+)
2. At least 15 years of experience in quality/technology-related work in a joint venture/foreign-funded company for automotive or automotive-related components
3. Possess rich quality management experience and strong auditing ability
4. Proficient in IATF16949. VDA6.3, proficient in APQP Quality tools such as FMEAProfessional requirements:
Quality management, mechanical engineering, CNC technology, automotive application technology, internal combustion engine manufacturing and maintenance, thermal and power engineering, electrical and electromechanical, materials, automation, and electronic information
Topics need to be solved and expected results:
1. Proficient in a certain field of professional knowledge and able to conduct audits;
2. Able to bring benchmark experience to our company and integrate it with the quality system process;
3. Proficient in the 16949 standard, combined with the standard to evaluate/diagnose the company's systems shortcomings and quality deficiencies, and propose best practice improvement plans;
4. Familiar with a supplier development system.
