Our Client is one of the largest retail companies in Europe with more than 25 years of history, a presence in 39 countries, and over 2.000 stores. For their exponentially growing operations in Greece, they are looking for a ‘Real Estate Leasing Manager’ based in Thessaloniki.

Your Responsibilities:

• Identify properties that align with organizational standards.
• Conduct market and location analyses.
• Negotiate lease agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, construction firms, and real estate agencies.
• Perform competitive analysis.
• Develop market studies and strategic presentations.
• Prepare comprehensive business plans, including market insights, location criteria, space configuration, and financial and legal considerations.
• Collaborate with the company’s Technical and Legal Departments.
• Evaluate the technical aspects of potential sites.
• Communicate and coordinate with the relevant department at company headquarters.

Your Profile:

• Strong academic background.

• Demonstrated experience of more than 3 years in the real estate industry in retail store leasing.

• Fluent in English
