Job description:- Based in Atyrau (RK);

Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in recruitment, sales and accountancy support.
• Experience working on proposals would be an advantage.
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute to a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client executives at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to personal and team goals, putting results and deadlines first.
• Creative thinking and problem solving ability.
• Excellent writing, telephony and presentation skills would be an advantage.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience would be an advantage.
• Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to improve Brunel.Responsibilities:
Account Management• Manage accounts of all sizes, representing Brunel externally with clients and overseeing the recruitment team.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients’ market position, recruitment needs and strategy.
• Manage incoming client data to effectively launch candidate searches with detailed guidelines and timelines.
• Establish and develop strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
• Manage day-to-day client communications and ongoing relationships related to current, new, and upcoming search opportunities.
• Prepare candidate presentations, collect client feedback, schedule interviews, perform post-interview follow-up, and manage and close offers.
• Represent the internal recruiting team, introduce qualified candidates, and guide them through the process.
• Attend clients, trade shows, and other industry events as needed to take advantage of networking and relationship building opportunities.
• Update client information, project information, leads, and recruitment job and statuses in client management and applicant tracking systems (Mercury and Sales Hub)Team Collaboration
o Collaborate and work with the team to support all search efforts.
o Provide the recruiting team with sufficient guidance and support to identify the talent pool for the roles assigned by the client.
o Perform initial stages of work, including full client data upload, research and sourcing strategy development.
o Align with the team on sourcing priorities through ongoing communication on the status of work, client feedback and upcoming client needs.
o Conduct candidate screening before submission to the client, as required.
o Provide the recruiter and/or candidate with information regarding interview preparation, client feedback, reference checks and proposals.
o Provide guidance on job posting priorities.Account Retention and Growth
o Maintain active communication with clients and the ever-changing market to access new sourcing opportunities.
o Work with Business, Development and Sales to ensure regular and effective communication with all prospects.
• Support proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new prospects, as required.Benefits- Annual bonus based on performance
