Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Network Growth & Management:
- Lead and expand high-power networks in the region.
- Manage a team of Area Managers.
- Engage with Nephrologists and onboard them as partners.

Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s offerings, competitors, and clients to maximize sales and revenue.
- Research and pursue prospective accounts, leading to successful agreements.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual sales goals.
- Promote Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) and Home Hemodialysis (HHD) to generate leads and mature them.

Client Relationship & Contract Management:
- Prepare proposals and contracts to maximize profits while meeting client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle objections and negotiate to positive conclusions.
- Serve as the primary liaison with partners and engage in legal drafting and contract signing.

Strategic Development:
- Understand target markets and determine effective market strategies.
- Work with various governments on projects, including execution and project management.
- Develop a culture of competitive intelligence gathering.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for scheduled activities and participate in conferences.
- Organize events to promote CAPD & HHD.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare, Pharma, Consulting, or relevant fields.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in relevant industries.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong market knowledge with P&L understanding.
- Ability to connect, influence, and network with key customers/stakeholders.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Travel: 70% travel required.Behavioral Competencies:
